HCC at the Hadley Tree Lighting Ceremony

Many of Hadley’s citizens united for the annual lighting of the Old Hadley Twp Hall Christmas Tree and the lighting of the Bridge at the Mill.

Some of the highlights of the outdoor portion of the event. HCC is thankful to the Hadley Lions Club, Hadley Historical Society, and Hadley Township for organizing this event!

A “Blue” Christmas

After receiving several inches of snow on Saturday afternoon and evening (along with Sunday morning) – a nice sized group still showed up for Sunday School (at 9AM) and Worship (at 10AM). They kicked off the Christmas Season (Advent) by wearing BLUE – a color that symbolized HOPE.

Soup, Sandwich, and Scripture 2025

A highlight of the HCC calendar, the Sunday evening before Thanksgiving finds members of the congregation uniting for a time of fellowship. This annual event (Soup, Sandwich, and Scripture) features a variety of delicious soups, sandwiches, and desserts. But, it also takes time to reflect and give thanks to God.

Pastor Appreciation Month

Each October, Pastor Matthew and Danielle take the opportunity to show their appreciation for the congregation of Hadley Community Church. Throughout the month, they provide little treats to say THANK YOU for the support and encouragement that they receive.

2025 CHILI CHAMPS

It was difficult to decide which of the delicious chilis was the best. But after the “beans” were counted, the COLLEGE GROUP with a brisket and bacon chili won first place!! Gary Reamer with his sweet chili took second place!

On Sunday, September 21 – HCC hosted TWO MISSIONARIES during the morning and evening services. In the morning, Brian and Heather MacPhail-Fausey (serving through Sola Publishing in Cameroon) spoke during the Sunday school and AM Worship service. In the evening, Jeff and Beth McIntryre (serving through Camp Nathanael in Kentucky) shared.
