HCC-led Good News Club at Murphy Elementary School concluded its program for this school year. We were blessed to see the children learning Bible verses and stories, making decisions, and growing in the Lord. Thanks to all those that helped throughout the six month program!

HCC congratulates all those that participated in its THIRD ANNUAL GRAND PRIX. 24 competitors came with cars of amazing design. The winners of the event (in speed) were: Kody Walton (1st); Glenn Walton (2nd); Daniel Crawford (3rd). The winners for design were: Gary Reamer (1st); Brenda Reamer (2nd); and Jay TenBrink (3rd). We thank our Ladies Fellowship group for sponsoring the event as well as the many, many people that assisted!!
Ben and Jasmin Wittenbach (along with their son, Miles) visited HCC from Camp Nathanael in Kentucky. They shared during the Sunday school time and in the worship service.
They met with the Mission Committee following the morning services.

Several people from HCC visited Don Hill on his 90th Birthday!!
HCC enjoyed an afterglow following the evening service on March 16, 2025.
HCC continues to serve the students at Murphy Elementary School through a Good News Club which presents the truth of the Bible!
During March’s lunch, a great meal of pork loin and baked potatoes was served. Also, a presentation on Mental Health First Aid was shared by Lapeer County Mental Health.
50 members of HCC’s congregation attended the Elba Twp Fire and Rescue’s Pancake Breakfast! (Pastor Matthew had to shorten his sermon a few minutes to make this happen — but no one seemed to mind!)
