A HOLE IN ONE??

HCC is hosting a “Topgolf Outing” – well actually TWO! In order to accommodate different schedules – one is during the week (Tuesday, August 19) and the other on a weekend (Saturday, September 20). Join the fun and maybe meet some other members of HCC while you practice your game!

Annual Church Picnic

HCC is hosting its annual church picnic on August 10. This is a highlight of the summer. The event features a potluck luncheon, as well as, a baptism service, a cornhole tournament, and an ice cream social.

Missions Committee Meets

HCC’s missions committee met to discuss some adjustments to the mission program for the 2025 year. One of our faithful mission teams (the Wittenbachs from Scripture Memory Mountain Mission in Kentucky) have announced their exit from the field at the end of July. The committee had a discussion about what to do with the designated funds for the last two quarters.

Vacation Bible School

Hadley Community Church hosted its annual Vacation Bible School. The Wild West Train Depot theme was great. Thanks to all the students that participated and the dozens of helpers, teachers, and parents that made the event so special. The students had a mission project to raise $250 for basketballs for a sports ministry in the Philippines. They raised $755!

The Tabernacle

Several members of HCC traveled to Grand Rapids to visit the Messiah’s Mansion. This exhibition featured a full-size replica of the Tabernacle of the Old Testament. During the presentation, the group learned about the symbolism in the Tabernacle that pointed to Jesus Christ.
