Despite the smoky conditions and very poor AQI (air quality index) – VBS continued. The picnic (with more than 100 people) was held indoors.

HCC hosted its annual VBS. Dozens of children participated. We celebrate the decisions that were made during this week. HCC thanks all those that helped to make the event so special.

Ten men (young and old) journeyed to Auburn Hills, MI for fellowship at the TopGolf. HCC congratulates Jacob Sudia and Dave Harrington for their victories!

Despite early threats of rain – Independence Day was beautiful in Hadley. HCC had two “official” vehicles in the parade as well as numerous members and friends participating.

Tony Evans (with Mission Voice Network) shared a report about the work that is being done. Pray for the missionaries that are serving oversees.

HCC’s Homeland Ministry Committee hosted a ROAD RALLY. This fun event found teams “racing” throughout Oakland and Lapeer Counties. We congratulate Tim and Sheri Reamer, as well as Robert and Connie Reynolds for winning the race!

A small group from HCC visited Crossroads Village (near Flint) and explored the historical buildings and took a train ride on the Huckleberry Railroad.

HCC thanks the Ladies Fellowship Group for hosting an ICE CREAM SOCIAL. This fun event celebrated the men of HCC.

The luncheon was a great time. The program featured Brendan Foster and Charles Thompson from Northwestern Mutual.
