Two dozen “artists” attended this fun event led by the gifted artisted, Kim M. It was a great time of fun and fellowship.

As part of the final meeting for the Spring, the group enjoyed a lesson, a meal, and a song. Thanks to Connie R for here faithful leadership.

On May 31 – the congregation of HCC held their evening services outdoors. The community heard singing, praying, and a message based on the Bible. Elaine, Bruce, and Barb won Chocolate Bars as part of our ‘Sword Drill’. The evening was comfortable and uplifting.

Originally, this event was planned to be outdoors. But the weather did not cooperate. So, the service was held indoors – potluck and all. The event featured a wonderful meal – and a message about the Disciples on the Road to Emmaus.

A group from HCC journeyed to Port Huron for a 90 minutes river cruise aboard the Huron Lady II. The trip featured a narrated voice along the river as well as a delicious lunch at Nick’s Four Roses in Port Huron.

The Klays share a brief report during the morning worship service on May 17.

The Ladies Fellowship group at HCC hosted their annual Ladies Luncheon. This event featured presentations by Michelle Klay (missionary to Kenya), and Dr. Luan Jackson (communications expert and psychologist). The luncheon featured salads and desserts that were wonderful.

The Missions Committee met with the Klays (Caleb, Michelle, Daniel, Josiah, Noah, and David!!). The event was a relaxed opportunity to share a good meal and here about the ministry of HCC’s partners from AIM AIR.
